Doug is a massage therapy “old timer” who is continuously exploring new approaches. A graduate of Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto in 1985, Doug blends a heart-centred scientific approach with deep and broad clinical skills and life experiences. Doug practiced, founded a Massage Therapy Journal and taught internationally for 17 years, then taught for 22 years at Algonquin College Massage Therapy Program as a Theory, Assessment, Treatment Planning, Anatomy and Clinical Teacher. After teaching about Massage Therapy for Stroke Survivors, Doug had a stroke in 2017 from which he has largely recovered and continues to learn from.

Andrew has been a Registered Physiotherapist since 2011. He is bilingual and a graduate of the Masters of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Ottawa. He previously graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2009 with an Honours degree in Human Kinetics. He furthered his education by graduating from the Masters of Clinical Science (MClSc) in Manipulative Therapy from The University of Western Ontario in 2015, in order to become a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists (FCAMPT). He is certified in Gunn IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation), a neuropathic model of dry needling.​

Interests for Andrew include a variety of sports and orthopedics. He is also teaching in the Orthopedic Division level course system. These are the courses that physiotherapists can take to better their manual therapy techniques and potentially become an FCAMPT. Running injuries are another interest of his and he has taken the “New Trends in the Prevention of Running Injuries” course and is a specialist in the area.​

He has also pursued post-graduate courses in Vestibular Rehabilitation from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and treats patients with BPPV, vestibular neuritis, labyrinthitis and a variety of vestibular hypofunctions and conditions.

​Leading a busy lifestyle, he enjoys playing volleyball, running, hiking, snowboarding and a variety of other sports and activities. His dedication to the profession and post-graduate learning have helped establish himself in the Ottawa/Gatineau region.

Tanya completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia in 2018, having previously obtained her Honours Bachelor of Biomedical Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Ottawa in 2015. Since then, Tanya has continued to pursue post-graduate education to further develop her repertoire of skills.

She has completed additional training in advanced concussion management, AN-IMS needling, Mulligan Concept manual therapy techniques, non-internal pelvic floor rehabilitation, and The Running Athlete. Tanya has also completed certification in advanced vestibular rehabilitation to treat a wide array of vestibular issues such as BPPV, vestibular neuritis, labyrinthitis, vestibular migraines, Meniere’s, and persistent postural-perceptual dizziness (aka PPPD/3PD). She has completed the Advanced Integrative Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Program level 3.

Tanya has developed a deep appreciation for quality, individualized care that focuses on her clients and their goals, whether they are to return to sport or to daily life and work. She combines her manual therapy skills and knowledge of exercise science to develop comprehensive treatment programs to get her clients back on their feet as soon as possible. Tanya is also able to take French and Russian speaking clients.

Santiago (Santi) is a bilingual Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2023 after completing his bachelors in Kinesiology at Western University in London. During his undergraduate studies, Santi volunteered as an athletic trainer with the Jr. Mustangs Football team and developed an interest in orthopaedics and sport rehab.

Through clinical placements: in-patient neuro, cardio-medicine, and outpatient orthopaedics Santi has developed a passion for working one on one with individuals to achieve their personal goals. Santi is dedicated to providing patients with a comprehensive approach to their healthcare journey. He focuses on integrating patient education, therapeutic exercises, and manual therapy to facilitate outcomes and improve well-being. In the future, Santi welcomes the opportunity to continue his professional development through his level courses in the orthopaedic division and attaining his dry needling certification.

Justin graduated from Georgian College with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy in 2018. He has a passion for research and strives to provide treatments based on the newest scientific evidence in the field.

Growing up playing football, rugby and hockey, Justin found himself in and out of rehabilitation programs. With personal experience in successful and unsuccessful rehabilitation programs he understands what it takes to return to activity and improve your quality of life.

Roxane has been a registered massage therapist in the Ottawa area since 2012 after graduating top of her class from an intensive program at Everest College. Having taken several courses and workshops, her approach has evolved over the years to include a variety of techniques including visceral manipulation, cranio-sacral, gentle fascial work and trigger point therapy to target the cause of your pain or discomfort.

Her experience working with clients with concussions, nerve pain, chronic headaches and postural imbalances has allowed her to have a deeper understanding of the body’s innate ability to heal where all tissues, organs and muscles work together to create wellness. She understands that every body responds to stress, injury or illness differently, therefore her massage techniques will always be adapted to your tissue health.​

As a long distance runner, you might find that her treatments are often guided by her passion for the sport, having run several full and half marathons in the Ottawa area. On her days off, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, snowshoeing and painting.

Chris is a Registered Physiotherapist, having graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2023 with his Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy. After graduating with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Human Kinetics in 2018, Chris worked as a physiotherapy assistant for a couple of years. It was during this time that he developed a passion for using movement and physical activity to treat injuries and improve pain. This led him to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Chris enjoys working with people from all walks of life. Whether you’re someone looking for help dealing with a nagging injury or an athlete looking to get back to your sport, Chris strives to help people feel better, move better, and perform at their best.

Chris recognizes the importance of educating his patients and is a big believer in giving his patients the right knowledge to help them play an active role in their recovery. While making sure to stay up to date with current research, he combines hands-on techniques performed in clinic with therapeutic exercises performed at home. Chris strives to help his patients find long-term solutions to their problems.

Chris is fully bilingual and, having completed his studies in French, can gladly offer treatment in both French and English.
